Work or Play -- written March 2007

You have to do a good job at work and at home. Where is the balance? I can't seem to figure it out. I want to go to work and do a good job. I also want to be at home with my family. It is definately not easy to try and do both. Time at work is an investment now into my and my family's future. It's not all for nothing, it is going to pay off someday.
